Trump is asking for a political rival to be investigated. That's corrupt

He withheld military aid from Ukraine while he was asking for an investigation. He postponed meeting with the Ukrainian President on an official White House visit as he was asking for an investigation. He was using his office and the power of the Presidency to try and get Ukraine to open an investigation into his political rival for personal gain (and at the same time hurting national security). That's corrupt.
